WELCOME AHHAP will accomplish this goal by: Promoting the development and quality operation of twelve-step community based residential services (e.g. halfway houses, sober living residences, extended care programs, recovery houses and transitional living facilities). Providing education and training. Exchanging knowledge and experience. Defining and promoting ethical standards for our field. Serving as the public policy representative on behalf of our membership.
